The pathway from Whitehills Memorial to the crossroads B9139, along the East side of the B9121 road is complete. The surface seems a little soft but will compress and harden in time. A mesh fence has been put up between the path and the park to keep dogs out of the park. No signage or advertisements are allowed on the pathway. There is easy access for wheelchairs either end of the pathway. A schedule for volunteer walkers to check the pathway regularly is being kept by Whitehills Community Council. The pathway is being well used and also enables the school children to have a safe pathway to Annie’s Woods for their outdoor learning program.
